In view of its theoretical and utilitarian design, the present book is intended to cover the needs of both graduate students and professional businessmen alike, and lead to effective and efficient action. This textbook is intended to be a guideline to those who believe that academic knowledge is useful to the extent that it can be readily applied to practice by professionals.
